Irvine is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Irvine follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We’ve been here several times, and it’s always a great experience. If you’ve never tried Uyghur food before, this is definitely the place to start! The food is delicious and full of unique flavors you don’t find at most restaurants. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the restaurant is clean, and the seating is very comfortable. A big thank you to our server, Batma—she was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Amazing food, warm service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The samsa, plov, and eggplant dish were all delicious. The restaurant truly reflects Uyghur culture through both its food and décor, making the experience feel authentic and special. Highly recommend!

This Xinjiang restaurant was absolutely amazing, super authentic and full of flavor. Every dish we ordered was delicious. I highly recommend the lamb kebab, stir-fried rice noodles, and naan with stir-fried beef. The naan with beef was my favorite, the naan was incredibly crispy and fragrant. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is also a highlight. The interior design has a really artistic vibe, making the whole dining experience more enjoyable.

We’ve been here three times now, and it’s quickly becoming one of our favorite places in the area. It’s the kind of place that stays consistent, which is why we keep coming back. The food is great across the board, but the lamb soup is the absolute standout for us. It has a surprisingly refreshing flavor—not heavy or oily like you might expect—just a really clean, savory broth that hits the spot every single time. It’s definitely our "must-order" dish. We also had the lamb skewers and Dolan’s tower kebab, which comes out on a unique vertical rack (pictured). The meat was tender and seasoned perfectly, and even the Uyghur salad was noticeably fresh and crisp. It’s clear they care about the quality of their ingredients, even for the simpler items. Beyond the food, the service is consistently excellent. The staff is always welcoming and attentive without being overbearing, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both the food and the hospitality three visits in a row. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality meal, this is definitely the place to go. We’ll be back for a fourth round soon!

Had high expectations as the reviews and influencers seemed to hype this place quite a bit. Wasnt a complete let down but was somewhat of a disappointment. Food was very good, but not so good any of us would come back any time soon. Although not the most expensive but not cheap either. We ordered 3 dishes and 3 skewers and the total with tip just exceeded $100. We really liked the Uyghur Polo and the Uyghur Goshnaan. Personally the lamb skewers were my favorite. We all liked the big playe chicken and especially the hand pulled noodles that. Come with the dish, but it was probably our least favorite. Also it was spicier than expected. Overall it was fine and some of the dishes were tasty but for the price i think there are better options. Also the service was just so so.
